My organization / club from school are planning a social party for the next weekend. This is to raise enough money to help fix the school’s swimming pool. The pool is pretty old. And imagine having to swim with the roof dripping bucketsful of water. Also, they need money to maintain the cleanliness of the pool. The bleachers are pretty scary too. They creak a lot and seems like it’s about to give way. It’s not that the school is run downed or anything, we have great facilities, thing is, since there weren’t a lot of swimmers before, it was the least of the school’s concern. Now that we have great swimmers, we need a great pool. Since my sisters in the organization is kind-hearted and have the school spirit, we decided to make this huge social party. We decided to auction out people for their service during the weekend.

Many people joined in especially the jocks and cheerleaders. Also, other clubs thought this was a good idea and joined in or also try to find ways to rise up money for the pool. We already design custom t-shirts online and it’s pretty cool. This is what was going to give out to the guests. We thought this would be a really great give away. We have all the food and drinks listed. Well, I hope we get to raise enough money! Wish us luck!

After almost 8 years of marriage, Hollywood singer/actress 40 years old Madonna and hollywood director Guy Ritchie is calling it divorce by end of this year as Sun newspaper flaunt it on their front page quoting :”We’re Divorcing”. Rumors started smoking when Madonna was being linked to New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez who got divorce to ex-wife Cynthia. Madonna and Director Guy Ritchie has a son Rocco and adopted son David Banda from Malawi last 2006. Madonna has her first 12-year-old daughter, Lourdes, from a relationship with personal trainer Carlos Leon.

Madonna and Guy now belongs to Britain’s latest high-profile celebrity divorce. This year, the battle between former Beatle Paul McCartney and model Heather Mills was also included where in that case, McCartney and Mills fought over money and custody of their young daughter. Mills got over 25 million pounds.

Madonna was was just recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last year. Family and friends of the soon to be ex-couple remains quiet and will not give any statement to press people.

Of course there will also be a list of best and worst dresser from the red carpet and from what I notice, it seems like Heidi Klum Glums up the red carpet with her stunning look and elegant gray gown. Brooke Shields, star of new TV series Lipstick Jungle was there too to shine the red carpet with her pink dress.

Another Emmy Ceremony ended. Another hits and misses. Hopefull next year your bets will finally claim their throne.

One of the most important inventions is movie production. Many people considered it to be a miracle when they saw the first movie. It has become an art. For example, millions of people watch the ceremony of giving Oscar awards for the greatest films that were created.

The Genre of the 60’s relives the influence of every young generation nowadays and it will remain forever in some 60’s blog that you can find over the Internet. There has been a musical show about the famous street of England wherein they will recreate and revisited Carnaby Street during its heyday era through musical. Ipods have been so popular especially when it comes to teenagers who love music. By simply having an iTunes, (it can be seen in macintosh and macbooks and you can download it.) you can transfer your songs to your ipod. Then after that, ipod speakers are now available and ready to blast those ears with your music!

But the sensational ipod stuff doesn’t end here, Apple released another phenomenon, and can you guess what it is? It’s the iPod touch and the IPhone. The gadget of all gadgets was surprisingly and perfectly created by the Apple geeks. It’s a gadget that you can carry that contains extraordinary innovative features in it. What’s great about this is, its one of a kind and other phones don’t have other features that the iphone have. A big thanks to Apple for bringing this gadget, you better try one of these!

Brad Pitt was very adoptive with Angelina Jolie’s Children named Maddox and Zahara.

There’s no such place where you can simply relaxed without paying anything, and that is located in a couch in front of the television. It feels so good to watch something in your favorite channel. Speaking of television marathon, I once watched some of the shows at jack TV. Being unaware I found my favorite TV series! And its the family guy, it’s like a slice of the Simpson’s but its more like for adult show. So it means, 13 years old below should not watch it.

While hanging along with the past top TV series shows, FRIENDS will always be a part of every television maniac’s heart. That show is mixed with romance and comedy, well everyone loves it. The casts are very catchy. Rachel, Chandler, Ross, Phoebe, Monica and Joey. But what are the new top ranking TV series anyway? Well for some of the teenage girls, everyone shouts for the gossip girl or maybe One tree hill, the OC? or The Hills. Teens and everyone are enjoying this teenage life story with a touch of being a lady. It’s a story about the group of friends, and it involves the high school life and love stories as well. Enough about the information just try to give time watching this movies you’ll surely love it!

And the Grammy goes to___??? That is the statement that most of the artist in the music industry is wanting to receive. Every year’s awarding ceremony promises to make a strong statement to kick off an ever-growing industry. Power packed performances by RnB, hip-hop and pop music artist are much awaited. Grammy awards have been held annually making it an institution within the entertainment industry. The walk on the red carpet was really a fashion show. Guest, awardees and artist arrive wearing their elegant and sparkling suit and gown. But with its long time presence in the music scene, one may dismiss the event as something trite and traditional, with all the stiffness and formality that comes with typical awarding ceremonies.

As the Grammy Awards celebrates its golden year, the award giving body continues to give honor and tribute to its legacy. But what makes an artist deserving of the title? That’s a hard question. I guess the artist should be able to deliver a solid performance every time, should be able to consistently deliver a hit and should be able to face up the music and industry trends with optimism. But if I would be asked, certain changes should be implemented to make the Grammy in tune with the youth, and in some aspects, even technologically up to date.
